Starting an idea like GreenfieldCities means that the structure of the organization needs a lot of attention. We have chosen for a foundation as our initial legal form, and we just finished our (draft) bylaws. We now need to to discuss these with our notary. We expect to have the GreenfieldCities foundation up and running before February 15th 2016.
The official document will be in Dutch but we’ll have an English language courtesy translation of the original text as well as the original Dutch text available for down loading as soon as we have completed the legal process.
